It's hard to believe it's built on the same clunky engine as the developer's other titles, and the blend of the Borderlands and Telltale art styles has worked out beautifully.

I'm rapidly elevating Tales from the Borderlands up my ranking of every Telltale series to date, because it's excellent. Have you seen that great developer diary where Gearbox says it did a rubbish job? That's why it handballed to Telltale.Īnd thank goodness it did. I went with my good old Dumpy robot friend.Tales from the Borderlands has gone from amusing spin-off to essential viewing. You can choose to stun her or talk it out with her (or attack her with Dumpy if you still have him). Time to have a battle of words, or electricity, with Yvette. Enjoy making up whatever you want on the tour until you have a situation with the classic metal detector of close calls. Keep following instructions 'til you give a tour to some Jackasses. Try to take her badge once she lifts her arm. Look at the female employee in the yellow shirt. You will be told that a tour guide is coming off her tour now. Once you get the camera feeds to choose from, look at the bottom-left screen to advance the game by switching to Fiona. You'll have to do some hacking at the beginning, but you basically just follow instructions. After some running in fear, a pun, and some gut baggies, you will unlock:

Back out of the menu and remove the face from the other face like a serial killer. Walk all the way to the end of the psychos to see one sleeping in a green chair. Dumpy will be there for the assist (with your clickin' help).

Walk through the psychos and you will disturb someone sleepy time. Scan either psycho because it doesn't matter yet. Flip him over and notice that something that's just a tiny bit important is missing. If you send it out, it will end up paralyze a psycho for you later. but save the damn badass vault hunter's relationship already! The lesbian space Australian will be super happy if you say that Athena loved her, and you'll get the help you need.Įventually, you will switch back to Rhys and end up with the option to send out Dumpy or not. Talk to Janey about Athena before she asks you if Athena said anything about her. Plenty more dialogue to begin the chapter with our old buddy Scooter and Janey.
